A modern implant solution for complete tooth loss or hopeless teeth. With suitable bone, even immediate temporary fixed teeth may be possible. No removable denture. No adhesive. No uncertainty. Just a stable, natural smile.
Fixed teeth on 4–6 implants, internationally known as All-on-X, is one of the most advanced implant solutions for complete tooth loss or hopeless teeth. Four, five or six implants provide a stable basis for a full screw-retained restoration with a natural appearance, excellent chewing function and long-term stability.
A full implant-supported restoration is far more stable than a traditional removable denture. It does not move during eating or speaking, requires no adhesive, is easier to clean and can significantly improve quality of life. The implants transmit chewing forces back to the jawbone, helping preserve bone volume and reduce bone loss caused by missing teeth.
Treatment always begins with a detailed consultation and 3D CBCT scan. Digital implant planning allows us to determine the exact implant positions and decide whether 4, 5 or 6 implants will provide the safest and longest-lasting result for the patient.
With adequate bone, tooth removal and implant placement can often be performed in a single procedure. In selected cases immediate implantation and an immediate temporary fixed restoration are possible, so the patient may leave with a new smile shortly after surgery.
The final restoration is made after the healing period. The final fixed teeth on implants may be made of high-strength zirconia or a metal-reinforced structure, providing excellent long-term aesthetics, stability and comfortable chewing.
Modern surgical techniques, digital CBCT-based planning and premium implant systems together provide a very high success rate. With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, fixed teeth on implants, also known as All-on-X treatment, are a reliable, aesthetic and predictable long-term solution for complete tooth loss.
